REFUND POLICY

At ViewAerial, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional aerial photography and videography services. We take pride in delivering high-quality content and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Service Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your scheduled drone photography or videography service for any reason, we require a minimum of 3 days notice prior to the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be issued according to the terms outlined in section 2 of this policy.

1.2. Service Cancellation by ViewAerial: In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to circumstances beyond our control, Such as Unforeseen emergencies or equipment failure, we will make every effort to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Cancellation within 3 days of Scheduled Service: If the client cancels the service within 3 days of the scheduled service date, they are eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the scheduled service date: 100% refund.

  • Cancellation between 4 and 6 days before the scheduled service date: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled service date: No refund.

2.2. Cancellation More Than 7 days Before the Scheduled Service: If the client cancels the service more than 7 days before the scheduled service date, they are eligible for a full refund.

2.3. No-Show or Failure to Provide Access: If the client is a no-show on the scheduled service date or fails to provide access to the location for the service, no refund will be issued.

2.4. Adverse Weather Conditions: In the event that our scheduled drone photography or videography service is affected by adverse weather conditions on the day of the service, ViewAerial reserves the right to reschedule the service to ensure the safety of our team and equipment. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all involved parties. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the client.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, clients must contact ViewAerial via email or phone to initiate the refund process.

3.2. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business from the date of the refund request.

3.3. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and ViewAerial.

4. Modification of Services

4.1. Clients may request modifications to the services they have booked, such as changing the date or location, subject to availability and agreement with ViewAerial. Modifications will not incur additional charges, but refunds will not be issued if the modified service has a lower value than the original booking.
