Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging Viewaerial Limited, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," for drone photography and videography services, the client, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services A. The Company agrees to provide professional drone photography and videography services to the Client as described in the project proposal or agreement.

B. The Company reserves the right to use its professional judgment in capturing and editing content, ensuring high-quality results.

3. Payment

A. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to make full payment to the Company as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Payment is due as follows: 50% deposit upon booking, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of final content.

B. Deposit Payment Deadline: The Client is required to pay the specified deposit amount by the date highlighted in the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the project.

C. Late Payment: Any payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees and may delay project completion.

D. Watermarks: The Company retains the right to apply watermarks to all drone photography and videography content until the full payment has been received and processed. Upon receipt of full payment, the Company will promptly provide the Client with watermark-free, final content.

4. Copyright and Ownership a. All rights, including copyright and intellectual property rights, to the drone photography and videography content produced by the Company are retained by the Company, unless otherwise specified in writing.

B. The Client may use the content for personal or business purposes as agreed upon in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional usage requires written consent from the Company and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Additional Hours a. If the project extends beyond the originally agreed-upon number of hours or scope of work, the Client agrees to pay additional charges as per the Company's standard rates. The Company will inform the Client of any additional charges in advance, and these will be reflected in the final invoice.

6. Liability A. The Company shall take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe operation of drones and equipment. However, the Client agrees that the Company is not liable for any damage to property, injuries, or accidents resulting from the operation of drones during the course of the project.

B. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or clearances for drone operations, including but not limited to, flying over private properties, restricted airspace, or public events.

7. Weather and Conditions a. Drone photography and videography are subject to weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel shoots due to adverse weather conditions or any other factors that may compromise the safety of the operation.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling a. The Client may cancel or reschedule a booked session by providing written notice to the Company at Least 3 Days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within the specified notice period may incur additional fees.

9. Confidentiality Both the Company and the Client agree to keep all project-related information, including concepts, locations, and content, confidential.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions the Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with written notice to the Client.

12. Entire Agreement This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written. By engaging the services of Viewaerial Limited, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
