1. Eligibility:

- The referral program is open to all existing customers who have completed a project with us.

- New customers must not have previously engaged in any project with us.

2. Referral Process:

- The new customer must provide the referring customer’s email address and VA reference number at the time of project initiation.

- The referring customer must submit a review of our services before the reward can be issued.

- The referral reward will only be issued once the new customer's project has been confirmed, the initial deposit has been received, and the review has been submitted.

 

3. Rewards:

- The referring customer can choose between £100 off their next project or a £50 Amazon gift card if the new customer chooses the full day services.

- The new customer will receive £100 off their first project if they choose the full day services.

- Only one reward per referral, regardless of the number of projects initiated by the new customer.

- The referring customer can choose between £50 off their next project or a £25 Amazon gift card if the new customer chooses the half day services.

- The new customer will receive £50 off their first project if they choose the half day services.

- Only one reward per referral, regardless of the number of projects initiated by the new customer.

- The referring customer can choose between £25 off their next project or a £15 Amazon gift card if the new customer chooses the hourly services.

- The new customer will receive £25 off their first project if they choose the full day services.

- Only one reward per referral, regardless of the number of projects initiated by the new customer.

If the new customer chooses a package with us, the referring customer can choose between £75 off there next project or a £50 gift card. 

- The new customer will receive £75 off the package.

- Only one reward per referral, regardless of the number of projects initiated by the new customer.

4. Review Requirement:

- The referring customer is required to leave an honest review of our services on a platform agreed upon with our team (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.).

- The review must be submitted within 30 days of the new customer’s project confirmation.

 

5. Reward Redemption:

- The £100 discount for the referring customer must be applied to a future project and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- The Amazon gift card will be issued electronically to the email provided by the referring customer.

- Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 6 months of the referral confirmation.

 

6. Multiple Referrals:

- A referring customer can refer multiple new customers and receive multiple rewards. However, only one reward can be applied per new customer.

- If the same new customer is referred by multiple existing customers, the reward will go to the customer whose referral details were provided first.

 

7. Disqualification:

- Referrals will be disqualified if they do not meet the eligibility criteria, fail to submit a review, or if any fraudulent activity is detected.

- We reserve the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Liability:

- We are not responsible for any delays or issues in reward delivery due to incorrect information provided by the referring customer.

- The Amazon gift card is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions, and we are not liable for any issues related to the card’s usage.

9. Program Modifications:

- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.

10. Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
